• Personal Information: When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information (processed securely through Stripe — we do not store full payment card details).
• Pet Photos: You upload photos of your pet to generate custom artwork. These images are used solely to create your order and are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Usage Data: We may collect information about how you access and use the Site, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the Site.
• Communications: If you contact us, we may retain records of that correspondence.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Process and fulfill your orders, including generating artwork and arranging printing and shipping through our print fulfillment partner (Printify).
• Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer support communications.

• Prevent fraud and protect the security of our Site.

3. Sharing of Information

• Printify: Our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, who receives your shipping address and order details to produce and ship your products.
• Stripe: Our payment processor. Stripe handles all payment transactions and is subject to its own privacy policy.
• Resend / Email Providers: Used to send order confirmation and transactional emails.
• Supabase: Our database provider used to store order and customer data securely.
• Analytics Providers: We may use tools such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our Site. These tools may collect anonymized usage data such as pages visited, session duration, and device type. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We may also disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights or safety of PetifyDrip, our customers, or others.

4. Pet Photos and Artwork

Photos you upload are used exclusively to generate your custom pet portrait artwork. We do not use your pet photos for advertising, marketing, or any purpose beyond fulfilling your order without your explicit consent. We reserve the right to retain uploaded images for a reasonable period for order support and dispute resolution purposes.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the email address below.

6. Cookies and Tracking
